I don’t have any “official” training. I’m not an official chef, short order cook, baker or candlestick maker. Although, now that I do have a family of my own, sometimes I do feel like the family short order cook. I’ve learned to cook and bake the old-fashioned way. By doing and not talking. I walk the walk, and talk the the talk. My mother and father have also taught me a lot as it relates to cooking and baking.
